I don't get it. Astoria Park is only a few blocks away with beautiful views of the City and the East River with trees and grass everywhere. Why the need to close down busy streets? #Politics #astoria

1) Charge Time
2) Most people don't own a home to be able to install a charging station
3) There's a higher chance of a blackout / risk of not being able to charge than there is not being able to get gas
4) Lack of trained technicians
5) Disposal / Recycling of batteries
6) Cost to purchase
