The JerryC family of thermal fusion optics produced by Infiray are image enhancements to your night vision device. It is intended to increase detection capabilities beyond what is normally capable with traditional image intensifier systems. It utilizes a 12 micron 640x512 thermal sensor and uses an injection arm to project a 30.5 degree image into your night vision device.

The current version of the JerryC thermals uses software to allow for image alignment. It has three visual modes: Outline, Patrol, and Full Thermal.
C5 vs CE5
The JerryC C5 is capable of using both 17335 and 18650 (flat top) Li-Ion power cells (not included) but does include a Li-Ion battery charger. The JerryC CE5 is not capable of using an on board battery, is external power only and comes with a power bank that holds two 18650 batteries.
